Annexure 1

TPL 2024/25 & TWCL 2025

 Dispute Redressal mechanism

The dispute redressal mechanism for the tournament is structured as a two-tier system to ensure fair and transparent resolution of any issues:

Stage 1:

Any protest or complaint submitted will first be reviewed by the organizing team. The organizers will conduct a thorough enquiry, keeping in line with the tournament’s rules and spirit, to make an informed decision on the matter.

Stage 2:

If any party involved in the complaint feels the initial decision was unjust, they may escalate the issue to the Adjudicators’ Forum. This forum consists of representatives from different companies that have regularly participated in the TPL. In cases where the complaint involves a company that is part of the forum, the representative from that company will recuse themselves from the proceedings to maintain impartiality.

This tiered process aims to uphold fairness and integrity, reflecting the commitment of the TPL organizers to a transparent and equitable tournament experience.

2. Nycil Bose (Tata Elxsi)
